Scott Gustavson Scott has over ten years of commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting experience in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to opening Windward Commercial, Scott was part of the listing team that successfully sold and leased approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial space within Lansdowne Office Park. In addition to his ongoing commercial leasing and property management work in the Historic District of Leesburg Virginia, Scott also spent over seven years as a Tenant Representative focusing on commercial transactions in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Most of this time was spent in the McLean Virginia office of The Staubach Company. Over the years Scott’s client and customer list has grown to include local, national and international organizations. Scott holds a Commonwealth of Virginia Real Estate Broker License and he is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a Washington, D.C. native and has been a resident of the Town of Leesburg for over 13 years. |

Matthew Sutermeister Matt Sutermeister joined Windward Commercial in July 2008 as a licensed Sales & Leasing Agent. Matt brings over four years of experience working in commercial and residential real estate to the Windward Commercial team. Prior experience includes working as a Research & Marketing Analyst for Calkain Companies in Reston Virginia. Matt is a graduate of George Mason University and has degrees in Public Relations and Business Management. Prior to university, Matt served on the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt in the United States Navy for four years |

Jennifer Sutermeister Jennifer is Windward Commercials’ graphic design & marketing resource. Her responsibilities include production and implementation of the marketing aspects for the firm. Previously Jennifer was the Art Director at Calkain Companies, Inc. in Reston Virginia as well work as an independent graphic design consultant. She has over five years of experience working with commercial and residential real estate. Jennifer is a graduate of George Mason University where she earned a degree in Art & Visual Technologies. She has traveled extensively and has lived abroad in Germany, Greece, and Thailand. She was recently appointed on the Board of Director for the Loudoun County Humane Society. |

Colleen Gustavson Colleen Gustavson manages the administration and finances for the firm. She is a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has over six years of experience operating commercial property in Loudoun County. Before her career in real estate, Colleen worked in sales and marketing for companies ranging from the gourmet Dean and Deluca chain in Washington, D.C. to the international wine distributor, Bacchus Importers. She has traveled extensively and worked abroad in France and Japan, but has enjoyed rediscovering her hometown community in Leesburg, Virginia as an adult. |
