Scott Gustavson
Principal Broker

Scott has over ten years of commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting experience in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Prior to opening Windward Commercial, Scott was part of the listing team that successfully sold and leased approximately 240,000 square feet of commercial space within Lansdowne Office Park.

In addition to his ongoing commercial leasing and property management work in the Historic District of Leesburg Virginia, Scott also spent over six years as a Tenant Representative focusing on commercial transactions in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Most of this time was spent in the McLean Virginia office of The Staubach Company. Over the years Scott’s client and customer list has grown to include local, national and international organizations.

Scott holds a Commonwealth of Virginia Real Estate Broker License and he is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
He is a Washington, D.C. native and has been a resident of the Town of Leesburg for over 12 years.

Kevin Nicholas - CPA, MBA, CCIM

Kevin will soon join Windward Commercial Real Estate Services as an Associate Broker and member of the consulting, sales and marketing team.

He has executive, operational and financial management experience in private industry and public accounting. Kevin has specialized for the past twenty-two years in real estate development, sales and leasing, marketing, asset management, and operational real estate and financial services.

Kevin is a veteran of Xerox Realty Corporation with an 18-year business history working on the 2,267 acre Lansdowne site, one of Northern Virginia’s most successful planned unit communities.

At Lansdowne, Kevin Nicholas marketed and sold 180 acres or 2.3 million buildable square feet of commercial land sales with Xerox Realty aggregating $46 million. Over the past four years Kevin has successfully marketed approximately $60 million in leases and condominium office sales at Lansdowne Office Park working as an Associate Broker with Lansdowne Real Estate Company.

Colleen Gustavson
Director of Marketing

Colleen Gustavson manages the administration and marketing for the firm. She is a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has over five years of experience operating commercial property in Loudoun County. Before her career in real estate, Colleen worked in sales and marketing for companies ranging from the gourmet Dean and Deluca chain in Washington, D.C. to the international wine distributor, Bacchus Importers. She has traveled extensively and worked abroad in France and Japan, but has enjoyed rediscovering her hometown community in Leesburg, Virginia as an adult.
